Our hiring process

Application & Interviews

Interested candidates are encouraged to fill out our application for employment. We request application is filled out completely, otherwise candidate may not be considered.

Once a position is open that applicate may be a good candidate for, an in-person, informal interview is offered. Applicant may then be offered a time, typically 2-4 hours, to come shadow the RC team, with a second interview immediately following. This gives applicant, as well as the RC team, a chance to see if the job is a good fit all around.

POSITIONS & REQUIREMENTS

CASHIER Responsibilities: 1. Run the register
2. Attach tags & display items 3. Monitor and pick up dressing rooms 4. Store recovery - picking up behind shoppers 5. General store cleaning - such as sweeping, moping, dusting, bathrooms, trash, etc. * Please note: responsibilities are not limited to this list.
Hours & Compensation:
8-20 hours/week - based on need & availability
Compensation based on experience & availability Requirements: 1. Organized, reliable & responsible 2. Great time management skills 3. Able to count back change (money management) 4. Able to lift 50+ pounds 5. Able to stand for prolonged periods of time 6. Basic computer knowledge. 7. Able to view computer screen for prolonged periods of time without difficulty 8. Available a minimum of three Saturday shifts/month 9. Possess a love for people & thrifting!​
